I got to travel to the Pacific Northwest and while I was there I got the opportunity to take photos of this beautiful ballerina. She wanted something a little more edgy and different from the typical dance photos. We traveled around Esther Short Park and found some AMAZING colored walls! Here are just a few shots from this very artsy session!
I want to apologize for the lack of posts and activity lately. I just returned from a family reunion for my husband’s side of the family. We had such a blast! It was held in Colorado Springs this year, which is absolutely gorgeous!!! We took family pictures at Garden of the Gods and it was breath taking. I had the opportunity to travel to WA state just outside Portland, OR and I had such a fun trip! This family was so much fun to photograph. The kids just loved to ham it up in front of the camera, which made my day full of laughs and fun. This is the little girl’s first birthday session and she had so much fun in her little petticoat! Here are just a few photos from their session at Vancouver Lake Park.
I am originally from the Pacific Northwest and LOVE it there. I attribute most of who I am, my aesthetic, and passion for photography to the Pacific Northwest, hence the company name Green Umbrella Photography. When I moved to Utah I was extremely sad to not see all the green everywhere and for it to rain all the time. (weird that I love the rain that much, I know…) So when I wanted a company that reflected who I was I decided to give tribute back to my hometown and that’s how Green Umbrella Photography was born.
My other passion behind photography is traveling so anytime I have the opportunity I will take it. I am available for travel (actually its HIGHLY ENCOURAGED) worldwide for weddings and limited portrait travel available. Talk with me and we can plan around your dreams and vision.
